Hello

I am indeed Terry Adlam and I write comedy, therefore I guess I'm a comedy writer.  I write comedy scripts, comedy sketches, comedy plays, comedy books, comedy stories, comedy speeches and anything you can prefix with the word comedy.

I've had numerous sketches on TV, Radio and the Stage both here and there, I've had plays tread the boards round and about, I've had three joke books published now and then and I'm available for work as and when.

I also created 80's cult classic Dick Spanner and I'm going to shut up now so that you can have a wander round my website and see...

This Month

 My twelfth column about an incompetent  Sat Nav is published in the 5th August edition of the Maidenhead Advertiser. Read my past columns here. I also reviewed the recent 'Cliveden Rocks' concert starring tribute bands Utter Madness and Queen B.  Read it online at www.maidenhead-advertiser.co.uk and click on 'Leisure', then 'Music' .   You can also read some of my past reviews here.

 My article 'Down at Bray' has now been retitled 'House of Horror' and is published in this months edition of 'Best of British.' Available now at all good newsagents like WH Smith or from the 'Best of British' website here 

 Had two sketches on last months show, The show is taking a break this month as the team go to the Edinburgh Festival, with a spin off show calledNewsbrunch, which I'm submitting material for.  For more details about the show and to see one of my sketches  click here and watch 'Nick or Eric?'

 The thrid series of this Radio 7 topical comedy news show finished this month without using any of my material.  Oh well win some, lose some.  Maybe next series
